做法如下👇🏻
1️⃣準備金邊粉
2️⃣兩隻雞蛋煎熟並切條備用
3️⃣熱鍋下油炒香一個切碎紅蔥頭
4️⃣再加入數隻蝦仁/雞肉/豬肉，炒至7分熟就可以起鍋備用
5️⃣轉細火倒入芽菜和金邊粉伴勻
